Cambro 240MPC110 Description
The Cambro 240MPC110 Camcarrier® food carrier has stacking lugs that enable it to be stored together with similar units. It's made of heavy-duty polyethylene that can withstand high-volume use and is insulated with foam to prevent heat or cool air from seeping out during transport. To release steam that can build pressure, the lid has a vent cap. This carrier is an unobtrusive black so it can blend in wherever it's used.
To facilitate cleaning, the Cambro 240MPC110 can be placed in a dishmachine. It has a capacity of 6.3 quarts and it accommodates one 2 1⁄2-inch- to 4-inch-deep half-size food pan. This unit can be used with the Camdolly® CD1420 model and it measures 16 1⁄2 inches wide by 13 7⁄8 inches deep by 7 1⁄2 inches high.
