The cook and smoke oven uses real wood chips for fresh, real-smoke flavor. Customize the desired smoke flavor with timer choices for mild, medium or heavy flavor. This unit prepares a variety of meats, fish, and poultry to please anyone's pallet. Oven also cold smokes fish and cheese. The cook and smoke oven induces natural enzyme action in meat to tenderize and maintain product moisture and flavor yielding high quality smoked meats. The non-magnetic stainless steel interior, racks, and shelves resist corrosion to maintain long-life and "like-new" appearance. Unit features a non-magnetic stainless steel door with a 12" x 16" tempered glass window. Separate thermostatic controls for each function. The cook thermostat ranges from 100F to 325F for customized settings and has a 12-hour cook timer. The hold thermostat ranges from 60F to 200F. A timer for the smoker function is also featured on the oven. The individual indicator lights for cooking, holding, and smoking take the guesswork out of preparation.
