Made of durable stainless steel, the Alto-Shaam 300-HW/D4 drop-in hot food well accommodates three full-size pans in a 4 3⁄8-inch-deep well suited for buffet stations and food holding applications. Its Halo Heat® system delivers consistent dry heat without requiring water, helping maintain proper serving temperatures during operation. An adjustable thermostatic control enables operators to fine-tune heat output, while the included divider bars support flexible pan configurations for different menu items.
