The Alto-Shaam 300-HW/D4 drop-in hot food well is large enough to accommodate three 4-inch-deep full-size sheet pans—a good choice for locations that serve high volumes of precooked food. This hot food well can be installed in a countertop cutout or used with an existing prep table setup. It's made of stainless steel, so this unit resists corrosion from heat and moisture exposure.
This Alto-Shaam 300-HW/D4 drop-in hot food well features an adjustable thermostatic controller that enables users to choose from 10 heat settings. It's remote, so the control pad can be installed in a convenient location within comfortable reach of the food well. The Halo Heat® system provides gentle warmth that doesn't produce burning steam and can extend the life of hot food.
