Made of DEXSTEEL™, this high-carbon steel blade is strong enough for use in various kitchens, and it's stain resistant to maintain a clean look. To reduce employee wear after repeated use, the handle is made of soft rubber that's comfortable to hold. Overall, the blade has an 8-inch length.
