This Dexter Russell SG132-10PCP SofGrip™ cimeter steak knife features a curved blade that enables chefs to slice through raw meat in one motion. Its stiff design is ideal for thick cuts of raw meat, and the pointed tip can pierce tough sections. The blade's DEXSTEEL™ construction is a high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel that resists stains and corrosion to endure daily use. The ergonomic SofGrip® handle has a textured, nonslip grip that's comfortable to hold during use. The handle's white material can be incorporated into color-coded systems to prevent cross contamination.
