The Dexter Russell SG131-6B-PCP Sofgrip™ boning knife is the perfect size for trimming and filleting fish and cutting beef or poultry. Its stiff, 6-inch-long blade is narrow and has an ultra-sharp edge that makes smooth and accurate cuts. Great for cutting close to the bones, the blade has a curved profile. Because it's made of high-carbon steel, the blade is resistant to stains. It has a nonslip handle that’s constructed of black rubber for a soft, comfortable grip.
