Enabling them to cut cleanly through thick crusts of bread, both knives feature a serrated edge. The blades are made of stain-free, high-carbon steel for lasting durability and corrosion resistance. To provide a secure grip, each knife is equipped with a textured polypropylene handle.

The knives seem to be too thin for the size of the blade I do not like them at all especially the longer one
