To prevent the ingress of bacteria or food particles, the Dexter Russell S133-7WS1-CP Sani-Safe® fillet knife features a seamless blade-to-handle join. Individually ground and honed, the blade is made of high-carbon steel that remains sharp through extended use. Conforming to delicate cuts of fish, the blade is slightly flexible, and it resists warping or bending from use. With a textured, nonslip handle, the knife helps reduce the danger of cuts when handling wet, slippery fish. It’s not recommended to use this knife in the dishwasher, and this unit comes with a sheath for storage.
