Dexter Russell S163-5SC-PCP Description
Good for baguettes and thick loaves of bread, the Dexter Russell S163-5SC-PCP utility slicer has an offset design for angled cutting. Its 5-inch-long blade is constructed of high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel, known as DEXSTEEL™, and it won’t stain or corrode throughout use to maintain its initial appearance. The bottom of the blade is lined with a scalloped edge that firmly cuts through tough exteriors without tearing delicate insides apart. Its polypropylene handle has a textured material to enhance grip and comes in white to prevent cross contamination.

Best Bread Knife Ever
I got this knife so long ago that I can't remember when it was purchased. For countless years, it has been my 'go to' knife for Italian bread (which we have most every day). I often cook at my church and at parties, where they already have prep tools....but I ALWAYS bring my Dexter bread knife, because it is simply the best.
