Great Beef Briskit Knife

I purchased this knife to use on meats that I will cook in my smoker, my old one (20+ years) has worn out finally. We used this same knife exclusively back when I worked as a meat smoker at a Bar-B-Q restaurant in Texas. Sharpens great on a wet stone. I purchased the 12" Cook's Fork with Stainless Steel Blade to go with it for best control during slicing.
