Dexter Russell DDS-10PCP Description
The Dexter DDS-10PCP Sani-Safe® knife sharpener has a 10-inch steel that is coated with diamond dust to enable it to sharpen blades by removing steel and refining the edge. Safety while sharpening blades is provided by the protective finger guard. The 5-inch handle is made of polypropylene that is textured to resist slipping for a safe, secure grip. The white handle on the Dexter DDS-10PCP Sani-Safe diamond knife sharpener is also easy to wipe clean.

Nice sharpener...
After some research on diamond sharpeners, the mono crystal electroplated type was touted to be the best type. From there I looked for the finest, or highest grit sharpener. This Dexter Russell sharpener was it. I very pleased. It really sharpens easily which just a couple of swipes.
