Dexter Russell A14R-PCP Description
The Dexter A14R-PCP 07060 butcher steel aligns and restores the edges of knives with its high carbon steel end. This steel is magnetized to prevent carbon particles from contaminating product in prep areas. Its natural hardwood handle provides a traditional, upscale feel. The butcher steel has a medium coarseness and heavy weight, which is perfect for resetting edges. Storing the steel is simple since it can be hung on racks and hooks.
