The Dexter SB12-6 06123 Sani-Safe® skinning knife is designed to remove skin from almost any meat with its curved shape. The edge has been ground and honed for sharpness, while the blade itself is constructed of a high-carbon steel called DEXSTEEL™ for durability and corrosion resistance. With a white polypropylene handle, the knife can be used in almost any establishment since it holds up in high and low temperatures. The textured handle allows the user to hold the knife without slipping. The skinning knife prohibits bacteria growth thanks to the seal between the blade and handle.
