Dexter Russell 012G-8BU Description
The Dexter 012G-8BU 04691 butcher knife has a 5-inch handle that is secured to the 8-inch blade with brass compression rivets that expand and contract with the wood to prevent loosening. The high-carbon steel blade is hard, so it can be honed to a super-fine edge and hold it for a long time. The metal is also specially formulated to resist staining. The blade is individually ground and honed to ensure a high-quality knife straight out of the box. The butcher knife has a beech wood handle for a traditional look and feel.
