Dexter Russell S112-12H-PCP Description
The Dexter S112-12HSani-Safe® fish splitter has a 17-inch overall length with a 12-inch blade and 5-inch handle. To prevent the growth of bacteria, the area between the blade and handle is sealed, keeping food and liquid from getting stuck. Ground and honed individually, the blade is constructed of a high-carbon steel called DEXSTEEL™ for heavy use. The stain-resistant blade maintains a clean, professional appearance. Since the handle is made of polypropylene, it can be used in high- and low-temperature applications. The handle of the fish splitter is textured to provide a more secure grip and reduce the risk of it slipping in the user's hand.
