Cecilware Pro TSG2F Description
Ideal for high-traffic, commercial kitchens, the Cecilware Pro TSG-2F sandwich press includes two grills to double surface area and cut down on cooking time. The press has flat cast iron plates that work like griddles to cook foods that don't require a seared look, such as hamburgers and french toast. With proper upkeep and reseasoning, the plates provide a nonstick surface for cooking. Its top plate is adjustable, so it can accommodate tall food products. Plus, both the top and bottom plates can reach a maximum of 575 degrees Fahrenheit simultaneously for even cooking.
The Cecilware Pro TSG-2F panini press is made of stainless steel for a solid construction that can withstand common accidents, such as bumps and scrapes. Its silver material disguises scrapes and scratches so it can continue to be presentable in commercial kitchens. Its removable grease tray also is low maintenance. Once full, the tray is designed to be removed, emptied, and cleaned in preparation for future use.
