Its stainless steel exterior is durable and quick to wipe down, while its light gray tops and drip tray contain product that may leak from the unit. Equipped with a dual surface freezing chamber, product is chilled from inside and outside the chamber, and dual augers prevent ice blocks from forming in the product. A magnetic drive slippage system protects the motor from damage.

The Cecilware MT1PUL frozen drink machine's faucet piston limits the buildup of bacteria, and its 24-hour defrost timer can be programmed by the user. To ease maintenance, the condenser filter is washable and can be accessed from a side panel. A filter indicator light notifies the user when the filter needs to be cleaned, while a reversible lid features an illuminated graphic to draw attention. It has an adjustable slush mode to control consistency and a cool beverage mode, which enables the dispensing of beverages.
