Cecilware Pro EL25 Description
The Cecilware EL25 electric fryer has two fry baskets to cook chicken tenders, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks in a commercial restaurant. Its vat holds 15 pounds of fat and the tank can be removed to empty used oil. When the tank is removed, the safety cut-off switch turns off the heat to prevent employees from burning themselves.
For safety purposes, the thermal overload device in the Cecilware EL25 countertop electric fryer prevents the unit from overheating by turning it off if dangerously high temperatures are reached. It is made of stainless steel for enough durability to endure repeated use. To prevent it from slipping off the countertop, this fryer is mounted on nonslip feet.
