Cecilware Pro EL15 Description
The Cecilware Pro EL15 countertop electric fryer holds 15 pounds of fat and has two fry baskets to cook french fries, mozzarella sticks, or chicken tenders. It fits on the countertop, so it occupies minimal space in crowded kitchens and is mounted on nonslip feet to prevent accidents. To prevent the unit from overheating and burning the counter, it has a thermal overload device.
When the removable tank in the Cecilware Pro EL15 electric fryer is lifted, the safety cut-off switch turns off heating elements automatically to reduce the risk of burns. The tank and most of the unit are made of stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and durability for years of commercial life.
