Crathco 3511 Description
In an hour, the Crathco 3511 margarita machine dispenses 8 to 10 gallons of product, holds as much as 6.5 gallons of product, and keeps 1.5 gallons in the cylinder ready to dispense. Its frozen cylinder refills from the hopper automatically, and because the hopper is refrigerated, users do not have to wait for it to refreeze before dispensing. To further cut down on wait time, the low-mix light shows users when to refill the unit so it does not go empty. Even in different operating conditions, a consistency control keeps drinks consistent from one glass to the next. Stray drips are collected in a tray to ease cleanup.
With a 5-gallon hopper, this Crathco 3511 frozen drink machine is ideal for popular beverages. It holds a large amount of product and merchandises drinks up close with the FlavorLight™ and from a distance with the backlit header. Reducing counter space, the unit is only 13 inches wide.
