Waring WDF1000 Description
The Waring WDF1000 countertop electric fryer has a stainless steel tank that easily removes for cleaning. The heating element is hinged so you can move it out of the way to clean underneath it. Two steel wire twin baskets and a large single basket all have removable handles and are included with the purchase of this fryer. A night cover is also included to protect the oil from contaminants.
The fryer's temperature controls range all the way up to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a timer that goes all the way up to 30 minutes to help you with cooking time. "Ready" and "Power" indicator lights help you know if the fryer is on to help prevent injuries. The Waring WDF1000 countertop electric fryer can produce up to 10 pounds of fries every hour.

A fine compact small batch fryer!
This countertop fryer is perfect for our light use. It is well designed for easy cleaning. Heats up fast and returns to temperature fast when food is added. Perfect for small batch frying. Exactly what we needed.
Great clean frier
During the summer, a necessity for tempura, fries, fish fries. Cleaner than a spattering fry pan.
A very good deep fryer. Would buy again
I shopped many deep fryers prior to purchasing this one and I felt it offered the best value for the money. I use it instead of a fry daddy or similar home unit for quick meals for 1 or 2 people. It does have the 3 baskets and a lid, is easy to clean and does not make a mess when cooking. If it had a digital thermostat and it was very accurate it would be better but I am not sure about the dependability of a digital system. Warm up time is about 15-20 minutes, cool down with the element out of the oil is about 2 1/2 hours.
