WorkTop Cooler

Models include tough, durable 16 gauge stainless steel worktops with integral 4' high back splash. Interiors accommodate sheet pans and hotel pans. Pan slides are optionally available. Working height is 35 1/2' with units installed on 6' casters (2 with brakes). Cord and plug are standard for electrical hook-up.

Construction

Construction features include stainless steel exteriors and anodized aluminum interiors.

Doors are self-closing on cam-lift, gravity hinges and include stay open position at 120 degree . Magnetic, plug-in, door gaskets are used to accomplish positive door sealing.

Two epoxy coated, steel wire shelves are included behind each door as standard.

Insulation is foamed-in-place CFC free polyurethane at a minimum thickness of 2 inches, fully complying with environmental concerns and adding structural strength to the cabinet.

Refrigeration

Balanced refrigeration systems used, one size work top freezer holds product below zero and is quipped with time activated, temperature terminated, electric defrosting. refrigerants include CFC free 404A in freezers to comply with all environmental concerns.
