Cleveland SD1200K612 Description
The Cleveland SD-1200-K612 tilting kettles operate with two-thirds steam jackets to provide uniform heating. Great for cooking pasta, soup, and chili, one of the kettles features a 6-gallon capacity while the other has a 12-gallon capacity. Its modular cabinet stand is positioned low for access and includes a swinging faucet to fill both kettles with hot or cold water. A drain trough stretches the full width of the cabinet and includes a sliding drain pan with a splash shield to reduce messes.
The tilting mechanism built into the Cleveland SD-1200-K612 steam kettles is self-locking to prevent accidental tilting. Along with the tilting feature, lift-off covers on both kettles help facilitate product retrieval. Its steam control kits come factory installed and include a condensate strainer, steam control valve, steam strap, check valve, nipples, and fittings. This unit is operated using direct steam, so it must be attached to an external boiler for use.
