Cleveland KGL60SH Description
Ideal for making large batches of soup, chili, and broth, the Cleveland KGL-60-SH steam kettle features a 60-gallon capacity. It can be used to serve food to individuals in institutions, schools, restaurants, and catering halls. Because it has a full steam jacket, it heats evenly and can be filled completely to the brim. The kettle remains permanently filled using distilled water and includes a mounting bracket for optional faucet installation. For stability and installation on uneven floors, its quad legs sit on adjustable flanged feet.
The Cleveland KGL-60-SH steam-jacketed kettle's splashproof control panel includes temperature controls, a power switch, and LED lights that indicate the water level and heat cycle. The domed cover rotates to facilitate access and product retrieval. This unit doesn't tilt, so product is served using a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve that includes a drain strainer to separate solid and liquid ingredients. Constructed of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resistant to rusting and corroding.
