This high-speed electric convection steamer has an open style, 1.5 gallon reservoir located at the bottom of the cooking compartment for easy access and maintenance. The fan forced convection steam cooking process features the patented KleanShield that collects and removes condensate waste from the cooking compartment. This keeps the compartment clean and safe from impurities. The automatic water level control with low and high water probes helps regular when the water refills and eliminates the need to manually refill and monitors water levels during cooking. For safety and user comfort, the steam and fan shut off when the door is opened. The exclusive SureCook compartment controls improve cooking speed and accuracy.
