This 28 5⁄8-inch-wide by 34 3⁄8-inch-deep by 76 3⁄8-inch-high machine can be changed from a straight-through configuration to a corner one with the field conversion kit (sold separately). For simplified installation, it uses a single-point connection, while its split-door design protects low ceilings from damage. To withstand rigorous use in fast-paced kitchens, its stainless steel construction resists wear, rust, and corrosion, and its bullet feet can be adjusted to level on irregular flooring.

The Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E door-type dishmachine's built-in booster heater raises 110-degree-Fahrenheit inlet water to 155 degrees Fahrenheit for wash cycles and 180 degrees Fahrenheit for rinse cycles.
