For thorough sanitization, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E TempStar® door-type dishwasher includes a built-in booster heater that raises 110-degree-Fahrenheit water to 155 degrees Fahrenheit for wash cycles and 180 degrees Fahrenheit for rinse cycles. To ensure water is 180 degrees Fahrenheit at final rinse, it includes the Sani-Sure™ system. Employees can use the timer to select a normal, medium, heavy, or extra-heavy cycle depending on the soil level. In the normal 60-second cycle, this unit can clean 60 racks per hour using 0.72 gallons of water per rack, making it a practical option for full-service restaurants and coffee shops.

The Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E high-temp dishmachine's lower counter-rotating wash arms and upper wash arm spray dishes uniformly, boasting superior cleaning action for consistency. For smooth operation, this unit features a high-limit thermostat, low-water protection, and a detergent-/rinse-additive signal connection fuse box. To minimize hands-on tasks, its tanks fills automatically, and users can use the delime cycle to eliminate hard water deposits when necessary. For energy conservation, its vent fan control turns off when the unit is idle.

Because this high-hood dishwasher features a 20³⁄₄-inch-wide by 27-inch-high opening, it accommodates 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans and 60-quart mixing bowls. To account for low ceilings, its door boasts a split design. Despite its ability to fit large pots, pans, and trays, this 28⁵⁄₈-inch-wide by 34³⁄₈-inch-deep by 76³⁄₈-inch-tall unit has a compact footprint and can be installed as a corner or straight-thru unit with a conversion kit (sold separately). For rust and corrosion resistance, it's made of rigid stainless steel, while its front dress panel protects key internal components from damage. So the unit doesn't wobble during use, operators can adjust its bullet feet to level on irregular surfaces.
