The Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E commercial dishwasher sanitizes as many as 60 racks per hour and uses 0.72 gallons of water per rack. This door-type model has a high hood and measures 28⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 34³⁄₈ inches deep by 76³⁄₈ inches high overall. For durability and rust resistance, it's constructed of resilient stainless steel. This unit's bullet feet can be adjusted to account for uneven flooring and prevent wobbling during washing.

To simplify operation, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E high-temp dishmachine features accessible top-mounted controls, automatic start functions, and an automatic fill tank.
