Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E Description
The Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E commercial dishwasher sanitizes as many as 60 racks per hour and uses 0.72 gallons of water per rack. This door-type model has a high hood and measures 28 5⁄8 inches wide by 34 3⁄8 inches deep by 76 3⁄8 inches high overall. For durability and rust resistance, it's constructed of resilient stainless steel. This unit's bullet feet can be adjusted to account for uneven flooring and prevent wobbling during washing.
To simplify operation, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E high-temp dishmachine features accessible top-mounted controls, automatic start functions, and an automatic fill tank. Its upper wash arm and lower counter-rotating wash arms promote thorough coverage, while the large scrap basket captures food particles. For various time requirements and soil levels, it features a multi-cycle timer with extra-heavy, heavy, medium, and normal options. This unit is equipped with a built-in booster heater and Sani-Sure™ final rinse system to ensure safe sanitization.
