The San Jamar RCU128V2RD Rapi-Kool® Plus chilling paddle rapidly cools food to help prevent harmful bacteria growth. Ice and water can be added quickly through the wide opening, and the Fill-Rite™ capacity mark designates where water should be filled. Since there is a gasket and threads, the cap is sealed tightly to prevent leaking. The handle is located above the cap to reduce contact with the area that comes in contact with food.
