Antunes VCT-2000-9210100 Description
This Antunes VCT-2000-9210100 contact toaster has 10-second toast cycles with a continuously moving conveyor, and buns placed in the feeder opening are moved through the chamber, where they make contact with a hot platen. Through this process, the sugars in the bread caramelize, producing a firm surface on the unfinished side of the buns, so condiments do not make them soggy. While this side is toasting, a heater warms the finished side of the buns. This unit accommodates both the bun tops and bottoms—often referred to as the crowns and heels—through the product opening. For each half of the bun, the compression can be separately adjusted, and operators can set the thermostat in the Antunes VCT-2000-9210100 vertical toaster to suit different applications.
