CookTek 601901 Description
The CookTek 601901 MCD2502F induction cooktop is designed to drop into a countertop and create a permanent cooking station. With its ceramic-glass top, it resists scratches and impacts, and its aluminum housing is sturdy. Featuring 22 different settings, this unit has a temperature range of 85 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. So that users can monitor the temperature and use the 20 power cook settings, the LED display is highly visible. Induction creates heat using magnetic waves that vibrate and cause friction. This unit has an automatic pan detection feature to immediately start this process when an induction-compatible pot or pan is set on the cooktop. It also has a microprocessor that monitors the equipment for issues.
