Its waterless induction system applies heat directly to compatible pans, eliminating the need for plumbing while maintaining efficiency. Two independent heat zones provide adaptable control, while automatic pan detection helps conserve energy. A microprocessor with LED display, timer, and lock feature ensures consistent and controlled performance.
