Heavy-Duty drawer slides incorporate 14 gauge stainless steel drawer track and stainless steel roller bearing for years of trouble free operation.
Positive drawer catch system for lock tight fit.
Individual drawer control for moisture and crispness.
Temperature ranges from 100-200 degree for a variety of products.
Standard 12x20x6 stainless steel pan included for each drawer.
Perimeter element positioned under each pan for accurate heat distribution.
Easy loading and removing of food pan without tilting to prevent spills.
Stack up to four drawers high of the same model without needing a stacking kit.
