Created with high performance BTU's 40000 H-style cast iron burners every 12" of width, this 48" radiant style charbroiler will provide you with excellent broiling capability and maximize even heat distribution. Heavy-duty cast iron grates can be individually positioned, flat or slanted to accommodate a wide variety of broiling needs. The grates are even reversible with a thin side for searing steaks and thick side for more delicate menu items such as fish. This 48" charbroiler also features a large capacity stainless steel water tank for hassle free clean up.
