Designed with high performance 40000 BTU H-style cast iron burners every 12" of width this lava rock charbroiler will meet your cooking requirements easily. The cast iron burners provide excellent performance with better heat distribution and maximum sectional control. The heavy-duty cast iron grates can be individually positioned either flat or slanted to accommodate a variety of broiling needs. The grates are also reversible with a thin side for searing steaks and chickens and thick side for delicate fishes.
