Constructed with a rugged stainless steel for durability, this 18-lb. fryer's front drain valve allows for fast cleaning. The tube-type design of this countertop commercial fryer delivers a powerful 24000 BTUs of heat to rapidly fry onion rings, chicken strips, and countless other popular fried items. Twin fryer baskets allow you to fry 2 different items at one time, or use the second basket for increased product demand.
