Hatco HDW-1R2 Description
The Hatco HDW-1R2 drawer warmer measures 28 7⁄8 inches wide by 17 3⁄4 inches deep by 14 43⁄50 inches high and is mounted on 4-inch legs for cleaning beneath the unit. This freestanding, split-drawer model accommodates one standard 2 1⁄2-inch-deep pan per drawer (pans included). To release excess steam for optimal food quality, each drawer is equipped with adjustable sliding vents, and each drawer has separate thermostatic controls with temperature monitors.
To preserve heat for extended periods and improve efficiency, the Hatco HDW-1R2 warming unit is fully insulated. It's ideal for holding prepared meats, sides dishes, and dinner rolls before they're served to guests or residents. Durable enough to endure daily use in high-volume settings, this unit is constructed of stainless steel—a corrosion- and rust-resistant metal that can be quickly wiped clean.
