The temperature of the Hatco GRSS-3618 warming shelf can be adjusted between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with thermostatic controls. To maintain product quality with uniform heat distribution, it features a blanket-type heating element. This unit is part of the Glo-Ray® collection and measures 35 7⁄8 inches wide by 17 7⁄8 inches deep by 2 59⁄100 inches high overall.
