Hatco GRSBF-72-I Description
The Hatco GRSBF-72-I shelf warmer is a built-in unit with a 3⁄4-inch flanged edge and measures 73 1⁄2 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 2 1⁄4 inches high overall. While its hard-coated aluminum top resists corrosion and streamlines cleaning, its included mounting brackets expedite installation. This unit's power switch illuminates during use so operators know the surface is hot.
For uniform temperature distribution and extended holding times, the Hatco GRSBF-72-I heated shelf features a blanket-type heating element, and its fiberglass insulation traps heat near the surface. Operators can adjust the unit's temperature as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit—ideal for buffet counters, pizza shops, convenience stores, and cafeteria-style restaurants.
