For the short-term holding of wrapped sandwiches, biscuits, pastries, and orders ready for pickup, the Hatco GRS-54-F Glo-Ray® heated shelf's blanket-type heating element can reach temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep products warm. Staff can precisely modify this temperature with the thermostatic control, while the fiberglass insulation preserves surface heat to ensure consistent warming. Its built-in power rocker switch is simple to operate and illuminates when it's in use so operators can quickly discern the unit's status.
The Hatco GRS-54-F countertop warming shelf's 54-inch-wide by 15 1⁄2-inch-deep by 5 3⁄8-inch-tall structure is freestanding and portable—great for incorporation into back-of-house workstations, cafeterias or buffets, and self-service stations. While its stainless steel surface resists rust, corrosion, and wear from daily use, its durable extruded aluminum base is positioned on 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that stabilize the shelves as products are retrieved or loaded.
