Great for short-term holding in the front or back of house, the Hatco GRS-42-K heated shelf features a stainless steel surface and extruded aluminum base for a sleek, minimalist look and resistance to corrosion. These metals are simple to clean and durable enough for high-traffic settings. As contents are added or removed, the 4-inch nonslip feet prevent the base from sliding.
For precise temperature modification, the Hatco GRS-42-K heated shelf's thermostatic control can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. While its blanket-type heating element distributes warmth evenly, its fiberglass insulation retains that heat near the surface the surface to minimize fluctuations and energy loss. Users can simply turn this unit on or off with its power switch, which glows to notify employees when it's in use.
