Delfield N8845 Description
Accommodating three 12-inch by 20-inch full-size pans, the Delfield N8845 drop-in hot food well uses a single heated tank for wet operation and includes adapter bars for alternate configurations. The stainless steel top and wells resist rust and heat distortion, while the galvanized outer liner enhances structural strength. A remote control panel with a single thermostat provides off-counter temperature regulation for streamlined installation. Measuring 45 5⁄8 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 11 inches high, this unit incorporates a built-in drain for convenient cleanup.
