Delfield N8745-D Description
The Delfield N8745-D hot food well has three compartments that are individually operated with infinite controls so multiple foods can be held at differing temperatures. Each of the compartments accommodates one full-sized food pan measuring 12 inches by 20 inches. Because it can be used for wet or dry applications, it has a drain for emptying water quickly and safely without the risk of burns. The wells are slightly depressed, holding built-up condensation inside.
The sides and bottom of the Delfield N8745-D drop-in hot food well are insulated to keep warm air inside. Its sides have one inch of fiberglass insulation, and its bottom is insulated with two inches of fiberfrax. This ensures that cooked food is kept at safe and fresh serving temperatures. Because the top and wells are made of stainless steel, they are highly durable for long-term use. To facilitate cleaning, this unit is constructed of one piece and won't accumulate food particles in creases.
