Delfield N8745-D Description

This Delfield three pan drop-in individually controlled electric food well is constructed of the finest materials. The top is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel with a .60" overhand around the perimeter and die-stamped 19.87"x11.87" opening with depressed edges. The formed well below each opening is 6.25" deep and each well has an individual infinite temperature control and 1000 watt heating element attached to the bottom of the well. This drop in 3 pan hot food well is equipped with .5" drains. The exterior housing is constructed of 20 gauge galvanized steel for the best in easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. Insulated on the side and between the well with 1.00" fiberglass this electric three pan hot food well will keep hot foods hot for longer. The individual controls of this three pan hot food well are wired to a control panel for mounting in counter or even at a remote location.
