Engineered for even browning of pastries, cookies, and desserts, the Carlisle 601824 half-size bun pan has a tempered aluminum alloy surface that works with a galvanized steel wire reinforced bead to ensure sturdy support. It’s 17 13⁄16 inches long by 12 7⁄8 inches wide by 1 inch deep and features a rolled edge that keeps product contained when removing the pan from the oven. After cleaning, it can be stacked on top of other similarly sized pans.

The pans perform better than expected

I love cooking at high temperatures (close to 500 degrees F). Excellent results and no warping.
