For casual dining rooms, the Bon Chef SBS102 ice teaspoon is made of 18/0 stainless steel—a nickel-free steel alloy of 18 percent chrome that's more affordable than 18/8 and 18/10 flatware. Although it's more susceptible to rusting, it's still strong enough to endure daily use in restaurants. Its Monroe pattern uses a raised center ridge to divide its handle into two symmetrical panels for a clean appearance that complements minimalist and maximalist interiors. With its long, thin handle, this 7 3⁄8-inch-long piece can be used to stir sugar into cold drinks served in tall glasses, such as iced tea or iced coffee.
