Doyon FPR3 Description
The Doyon FPR3 countertop pizza oven has a drop-down door with two handles so it can be opened with either hand, and so operators can monitor the product, there is a full glass window in the door. This unit accepts an 18-inch-diameter pizza and two 17-inch-diameter pizzas on three rotating decks, while cookies, muffins, pasties, and more can also be baked in the oven. To create a crisp crust, these decks are perforated and can be removed to be cleaned. Digital controls on the Doyon FPR3 countertop pizza oven ensure user-friendly operation, while durability and strength are added to the machine by its stainless steel construction.
