Bakemax BMCT300 Description
In an hour, the Bakemax BMCT300 horizontal conveyor toaster can produce 360 slices of toasted bread. The conveyor belt extends outward for users to place bread slices on it, and due to its 9 4⁄5-inch width, this belt accommodates two slices side by side. Slices go in the loading area at the top, move through the toasting chamber, and dispense at the bottom. Around the loading area, the exterior stays cool to the touch, while a burn guard separates users from hot parts, reducing the risk of injuries.
As product moves through the Bakemax BMCT300 commercial conveyor toaster, it is toasted by heat from quartz infrared elements, which are designed to heat the bread quickly and consistently. The top and bottom heat, along with the conveyor speed, can be adjusted with the variable control system. A power-saving switch on the unit conserves energy during slow periods, and when users are ready to return to the standard heating mode, the heaters rapidly recover temperatures. After bread is toasted, it sits in the holding area, which is heated to maintain the temperature and crispness.
