Bakemax BMCT305 Description
The Bakemax BMCT305 countertop conveyor toaster has a 9 4⁄5-inch-wide conveyor belt that accommodates two slices of bread side by side. Because the belt extends out of the chamber, it's convenient for users to load slices. Its loading area has cool-to-the-touch surfaces and a built-in burn guard that protects operators from hot parts. As bread moves through the chamber, it's toasted by quartz infrared heating elements that operate quickly, evenly distributing heat throughout the toasting chamber. Each hour, this unit can toast 360 slices of bread; to prevent toast from getting cold and soggy, toasted product sits in a heated holding area at the bottom.
Using the control system in this Bakemax BMCT305 horizontal conveyor toaster, operators can adjust and set the heat level of the top and bottom elements and the speed of the conveyor belt. In power-saving mode, this unit can cut energy use by 75 percent during slow hours. When crowds pick up and the operator switches it to regular mode, the heating elements efficiently recover the temperature. The toaster's stainless steel construction provides durability and rust resistance.
